We were proud to recently welcome the Heart of Australia truck to Derby Aboriginal Health Service, giving our community the opportunity to access lung function testing with their advanced CT scanner.

The visit meant our clients could get tested locally, helping to detect early warning signs of lung cancer and other respiratory conditions without needing to travel long distances.

We’re grateful to the Heart of Australia team for visiting our region and helping us provide even greater access to quality healthcare for people in our remote communities.
